How does Tomiko connect to my bank?
Through a licensed open-banking provider. You approve read-only access inside your bank's own secure login flow. Your banking password never touches Tomiko's servers.
Can Tomiko move my money?
No. Tomiko has read-only access — it can show your accounts and transactions, but it cannot make payments, transfers, or any change to your bank account.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. There is no advertising, no cross-user benchmarking, and no selling of your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the app, and the spending coach runs only against your own data.
Which banks and countries are supported?
PSD2-compliant banks across Europe, via a licensed open-banking provider. You can search for your bank inside the app when you add an account. Coverage expands as we roll out.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit, on managed infrastructure.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Privacy, then Delete data. Your account data in our product tables is removed right away; categorization-related audit records may take longer while we ship the final cleanup. If you can't sign in, you can request deletion by email — see the Delete your account page.
Is there an iPhone version?
Tomiko launches on Android first. An iOS version follows once App Store setup is complete.
